The cost of a paint job depends on several factors. Here is what affects the price, so you can compare quotes fairly.
What changes the price
- The surface area of walls and ceilings
- Ceiling height and access
- The condition of the surfaces (holes, cracks, old paint)
- The number of coats and the paint quality
- Trim, doors and woodwork included
How to get an accurate quote
Describe the rooms to paint, add a few photos and say who supplies the paint. A good quote details the prep work, the number of coats and the cleanup.
